These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, as well as the purchase and provision of the digital services offered by our online platform. By purchasing any of our digital products, the Client expressly accepts the terms set forth herein.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION. This website is operated by SYNTRADE GROUP. We offer digital products consisting of contracts, legal documents, paperwork and legal consultations in an automated digital format.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. By accessing, consulting, purchasing or using any product offered on our website, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. It is recommended to check them periodically.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. Our digital service includes the automated acquisition and preparation of personalized legal documents based on the information provided by the Client through specific digital forms.

4. PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING AND PROVIDING THE SERVICE. The Client accesses the Website directly or through social media advertisements. - The Client selects the desired digital product, makes the purchase, and receives a confirmation via email along with a specific form or downloads it directly from the website.

The Client completes the required form and sends it duly required by email.

Our platform confirms via email the receipt of the form and specifies the time needed to send the preliminary draft of the acquired document.

Once the preliminary project is delivered, a link will be sent to the Client to schedule a virtual meeting (Zoom or Meetings) for final adjustments.

After this virtual review, the final document will be prepared and delivered to the Client.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. The Client undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information on the required forms. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided rests solely with the Client.

6. DELIVERY TIMES. Each digital product has a specific period of completion, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase and in the confirmation of the form.

7. PAYMENT TERMS. Payments made through the Website will be made through secure payment platforms, and are subject to acceptance and approval by such platforms.
